Reception service and check-in

 

- The reception service is guaranteed every day from 2 p.m. (check-in time) until 6 p.m. and it is entrusted to Fabrizio (tel. 0039-333-2008409).

- If you arrive before 2 p.m. and if you want to leave your baggage (read "Baggage" section below), it is necessary to inform us about your exact arrival time by e-mail or by sms/telephone, calling Fabrizio (tel. 0039-333-2008409).

- Anyway you will be checked in and given the room keys from 2 p.m. and not earlier, unless it is possible to check you in before.

- Full advance payment is requested. Payment methods are: advance bank transfer or cash/cheques in euro when you ckeck in. Credit cards are not accepted since we do not have any POS (Point Of Sale) terminal.

- If you arrive after the check-in time limit (6 p.m.), but anyway no later than 10 p.m., it is necessary to inform us about your arrival time (or any change to it) by e-mail or by sms/telephone, calling Fabrizio (tel. 0039-333-2008409).

- Check-in later than 10 p.m. is not expected and it is not possible.

Breakfast

 

Breakfast will take place in a coffee house close to B&B Casa Leopardi. You wlll be given further information when you check in.

Baggage

 

If you arrive before 2 p.m. (check-in time) and if you want to leave your baggage, it is necessary to inform Fabrizio (the manager) about your exact arrival time by e-mail, sms or telephone (tel. number 0039-333-2008409). The B&B doesn't have a concierge service. It is located on the third floor and, like the majority of Florence old buildings, has no elevator.

We provide, upon request, an interesting walking city tour service. Our collaborator will guide you through the discovery of both art and historical secrets of Florence. Our tour leader is provided with professional qualification.

Parking

 

For those who can't avoid using the car, we can book for you a parking space in a garage nearby ("Garage Verdi") which is not so far from the BB (address: via G. Da Verrazzano, n.9/11 tel. +39 - 055 - 244921). The daily fee depends on the type of your car. The garage is open from 06.00 a.m. to midnight (working days). On holidays it is open from 06.30 a.m. to noon and from 7:30 p.m. to midnight.
